The "Zero-dong Store" model was developed and deployed by the Cong Hai Commune Police Department on the basis of closely following the union work plan and the youth movement in 2025.

At the launching ceremony, the Cong Hai Commune Police Department presented many essential gifts for daily life to disadvantaged households, including: 60 boxes of instant noodles, 600 kg of rice, 60 bottles of cooking oil, 60 kg of sugar, 120 kg of salt, 60 bottles of essential oils, 240 sets of clothes, 160 pairs of shoes of all kinds and 300 bottles of drinking water.
All of the above gifts were mobilized from the contributions of officers, soldiers of the Commune Police, youth union members and benefactors.
The activity demonstrates the spirit of mutual love and sharing difficulties with the people, contributing to spreading human values in the community.
Through the "Zero-VND Store" model, the Cong Hai Commune Police Department hopes to create a regular and sustainable support channel, helping households in difficult circumstances gradually stabilize their lives and improve their labor and production.
This model is also associated with the "Three Best" emulation movement of the People's Public Security force: Most Disciplinary - Most Loyal - Most Near People.
In the coming time, the Cong Hai Commune Police Department said it will continue to maintain and replicate the "Zero-dong Store" model, regularly supplement goods sources, and diversify forms of support.
