The Vietnam Aviation Administration has just issued a dispatch on the guarantee of passengers in the ceremony period 30.4, 1.5 and the peak of the summer 2025.
In this document, the Aviation Administration emphasized that Vietnam Airlines (VN) and Vietjet Air (VJ) have just transformed domestic flights to T3 station T3 Tan Son Nhat Airport.
Therefore, the Aviation Administration requires Tan Son Nhat International Airport to preside over and coordinate with agencies and units to unify the conversion plan, ensuring smooth and convenient for passengers and airlines.
Units must deploy to review and supplement the forms of guidance and information so that passengers are easy to identify and avoid the wrong station.
Accordingly, units strengthen communication on web applications, apps and other communication channels; coordinate with the ground service units to enhance personnel guidance in the first period of bringing T3 station into exploitation, especially for passengers connecting.
The Aviation Administration also directs, on the basis of the resources of the airports and the exploitation plan of the airlines, the units conducted the plan and measures to enhance the capacity to serve passengers in the ceremony of April 30, 1.5 and the peak of the summer of 2025.
"In particular, the units are concerned about the spirit, attitude and quality of passengers; closely coordinate with the airlines to promptly handle and answer the complaints and recommendations of passengers, not to cause 'hot spots', frustration of passengers in the airport area," Vietnam Aviation Administration emphasized.
Units must check, review and supplement to ensure adequate forces, vehicles and equipment for fire and urgently meet the approved plan. Strengthen the inspection of landing, rolling roads, aircraft apron and timely solutions when an incident occurs.
The most favorable location for Do Do bus routes is operating at airports so that passengers can easily identify and use bus services, coordinate with the local Department of Construction to have a plan to transfer passengers when congestion occurs in the airport area.
Regarding the plan to practice preparing for the performance of military aircraft to celebrate April 30, the Vietnam Aviation Administration also asked the Vietnam Flight Management Corporation (VATM) to preside over and coordinate with the Department of War, airlines, based on the military flight plan, operating, deploying flight control solutions, limiting the impact on air transport activities.
Strictly implement the regulations on ensuring flight safety, flight operating solutions to minimize congestion of aircraft to go to Noi Bai and Tan Son Nhat, especially on the peak days of the ceremony.
Requires flight service providers to arrange sufficient human resources to ensure flight operations; maintain the right duty of the workforce directly at the facilities in the line providing service to ensure flight operations; Sticking to flying data in peak days.
Units must develop appropriate operating plans, report to the Vietnam Aviation Administration in time when there are abnormalities related to flight operations.
The Department also requires airlines to arrange resources, develop a plan to increase trips, best meet the transportation needs of passengers. Airlines track the situation of opening on the routes, promptly adding flights on the route with high demand, increasing operations to low -point and night -time frames.
Units prepared resources for exploitation, minimize slow and canceling for airline reasons; Maintain and improve the quality of passenger services, flight rate on time (OTP).
The Aviation Department requires firms to strengthen the settlement of complaints, reflection and support of passengers in the process of using air transport services.
Request the driver, flight attendant, aviation staff to strictly comply with the processing processes approved by the Department, focusing on the preparation before the flight to ensure all the necessary information for the flight, carefully study the airport diagram, weather conditions at the airport landing.
