Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan has just signed a decision approving the plan and location of the route under the investment project to build the road from Tien Tan dike to Dan Phuong Kindergarten, at a scale of 1/500.
The route is about 1.5km long, passing through Dan Phuong, Phuong Dinh communes and Phung town, Dan Phuong district, Hanoi.
The starting point of the route (point 1) is at the intersection with Tien Tan dike. The end point of the route (point 4) is at Dan Phuong Kindergarten.
The route has a typical cross-section of 30m wide (roadway 7.5mx2, median strip 5m wide, sidewalk 5mx2 wide).
The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Architecture to inspect and confirm the drawings of the plan and location of the route in accordance with this decision.
Assign the People's Committee of Dan Phuong district to preside over and coordinate with the Hanoi Institute of Construction Planning and relevant agencies to organize the public announcement and hand over the plan and location documents approved by the City People's Committee to the People's Committees of Dan Phuong, Phuong Dinh communes and Phung town, Dan Phuong district to manage the construction planning along both sides of the road. Implement the placement of road boundary markers according to the planning at the same time as land acquisition and site clearance (in the process of implementing the road investment project) to avoid waste and overlap in the work of placing boundary markers.
The People's Committee of Dan Phuong district, the People's Committees of Dan Phuong, Phuong Dinh communes and Phung town, Dan Phuong district are responsible for organizing the management of boundaries, the construction of works on both sides of the road according to the red line and approved boundary markers.
