Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan has just signed a decision approving the plan and location of the route under the investment project to renovate and upgrade route 70, Ha Dong - Van Dien section - Tu Hiep intersection, scale 1/500 (from the 110kV Van Dien transformer station area to Tu Hiep intersection).
Accordingly, the route is located in Van Dien town and the communes of Tu Hiep, Tam Hiep, Vinh Quynh, Thanh Tri district.
The length of the route is about 1.6km. The starting point of the route is at the Van Dien 110kV transformer station area. The end point of the route is at Tu Hiep intersection.
Typical cross-section size is 50m, cross-section components include: the main roadway on both sides is 4 lanes wide; the local roadway on both sides is 4 lanes wide; the median strip; the median strip between the main roadway and the local roadway; sidewalks on both sides.
For the intersection between the route and the existing North-South railway and Ngoc Hoi route (National Highway 1A), a direct overpass will be arranged.
The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Architecture to inspect and confirm the plan dossier and the route location in accordance with the decision.
Assign the City Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of Thanh Tri District, the Hanoi Institute of Construction Planning and related units to organize the public announcement and hand over the project documents and route locations approved by the City People's Committee to the People's Committee of Van Dien Town, the People's Committees of Tam Hiep, Vinh Quynh and Tu Hiep communes, Thanh Tri District to manage the construction planning along both sides of the road. Organize the preparation, appraisal and approval of the dossier for marking and marking the road boundary according to the planning at the same time as implementing land acquisition and site clearance (in the process of implementing the road investment project) to avoid waste and overlap in the work of marking.
Assign the People's Committee of Thanh Tri district, the People's Committee of Van Dien town and the People's Committees of Tam Hiep, Vinh Quynh, and Tu Hiep communes to be responsible for organizing the management of boundaries and construction order along both sides of the road according to the approved red line and boundary markers. Inspect and handle violations of planning according to authority and regulations of law.
