274 billion VND to build road from DT. 310B connecting road D3
Component project 2: Investment in the construction of the road from DT. 310B connecting road D3 area of Thanh Lanh village, Trung My commune, Binh Xuyen district (former Vinh Phuc province) with a total investment of 274 billion VND.
According to the reporter's investigation, on August 19, the Vinh Phuc Regional Project Management Board (the investor) issued a bidding invitation notice for the "Construction and installation + Ensuring traffic safety" package of the project (package price of more than 251 billion VND).
In the near future, the winning bidder will construct a project in the area of Ba Hien and Trung My towns, former Binh Xuyen district, now belonging to Binh Tuyen commune, Phu Tho province.
Regarding the scale of construction investment, the road will have a total length of 6.5km, divided into 2 sections:
Section 1 is 3.25km long, is a section that coincides with the planning of Ring Road 5 - Capital Region, designed with geometric elements to ensure the scale of highways, design speed of 100km/h.
Section 1 has a roadbed width of 32.5m, of which the road surface is 28.5m wide (2 sides, each side 14.25m), the rest is the roadside and the median strip.

Section 2 is 3.25km long, designed with a scale of level III plain road, design speed of 80km/h (exempting speed of 60km/h for some locations with difficult terrain).
Section 2 has a roadbed width of 12m, a road surface width of 11m (2 sides, 5.5m each side), and the rest is the roadside.
Along with that, the road section is invested in synchronous construction of items: Foundation, road surface, drainage system, bridges on the route, lighting, traffic safety system and other items.
According to the investor, the project is invested with the goal of gradually completing the traffic infrastructure of Ring Road 5 - Capital Region according to the approved plan; and developing a tourist and service area along the foot of Tam Dao mountain... contributing to socio-economic development.
Many large transportation projects are preparing for construction
From the beginning of August to now, in the Vinh Phuc area, many transportation projects with large total investments have implemented the selection of construction contractors (all projects are invested by the Vinh Phuc Regional Project Management Board).
Most recently, Component Project 2: Investment in Construction, Renovation and Upgrading of DT. 306, section from the intersection with Van Quan - Song Lo road to Vinh Phu bridge (total investment of 190 billion VND).
On August 13, the investor issued a bidding invitation notice for the "Construction + Equipment" package of the project (priced at over 177 billion VND).
The road construction package has a length of about 5.153km, starting point at the intersection with Van Quan - Song Lo road, ending point of the route intersecting with the left dike of the Lo River at Km23+850.

Previously, the Ring Road 2 project in the western area of Vinh Phuc urban area, the section from DT. 306 to DT. 307 (total investment of more than 358 billion VND) also started looking for a construction contractor.
On August 6, the investor announced the bidding invitation for the "Construction and installation" package (priced at nearly 225 billion VND) of the project.
The road construction package has a length of 4.521km, starting from the end point of the Vinh Phuc urban area West Ring Road 2 project, phase I (section from DT. 305 to DT. 306) intersecting with DT. 306 in Ban Gian commune (old), ending at the intersection with DT. 307 in Hoa Son town (old).

Similarly, Component Project 2: Investment in construction of the traffic route connecting from the left dyke of the Red River to Van Phuc bridge (total investment of nearly 985 billion VND) also started the selection of construction contractors.
On August 3, the investor announced the bidding invitation for the "Construction + Equipment" package (priced at over 870 billion VND) of the project.
The road being built has a total length of about 2.12km, connecting from the left dyke of the Red River to Van Phuc bridge, located in Lien Chau commune, Phu Tho province.
