The working headquarters of the People's Council - People's Committee - National Assembly Delegation of Cao Bang province is considered one of the new highlights in local planning and architecture.

The project is built in the new administrative area of ​​De Tham ward, Cao Bang city.

The project is invested by the Cao Bang Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board, with a scale of 8 floors above ground, 1 underground floor, 1 attic, with a total floor area of ​​about 16,660m2; in addition, there are auxiliary items such as: guard house, reception area, security, gate, fence, garden, internal road.

Construction started in January 2023, and the project is now over 90% complete and will be handed over and put into use in the fourth quarter of 2024.

According to information from the investor's representative, the unit is still urging contractors to strengthen inspection, supervision, and ensure the quality of the project is in accordance with the technical design; contractors mobilize a large number of machinery, equipment, and construction workers to complete the items to ensure the progress and quality of the project, striving to complete the entire project according to the set plan.

On September 27, at the construction site, workers were busy completing items such as the main hall, installing air conditioning systems and decorative stone cladding...

Mr. Hoang Van Nghiem (born in 1995, De Tham ward) shared: "People are excited about the upcoming new modern headquarters of the province. This administrative area also has a large central square, creating space for people to have fun and exercise in the afternoon."

Regarding the construction progress of this project, on July 26, Vice Chairman of Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee Hoang Van Thach came to inspect and urge the construction work.

Vice Chairman Hoang Van Thach emphasized that the project is one of the important and urgent projects of the locality, identified as a project to welcome the 20th Congress of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee.

It is recommended that investors need to be determined and resolute in leadership, direction, and supervision to ensure progress and put projects into use according to the set plan.

The Provincial People's Committee headquarters is built symmetrically with the Provincial Party Committee headquarters, between the two buildings is the Cao Bang Provincial Conference Center.

The Vice Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee requested that construction units continuously carry out "3 shifts and 4 shifts" to speed up construction progress, while payment procedures and disbursement of completed volume according to the capital plan arranged in 2024 need to be promoted.
