Repairing a corrugated iron roof to prevent storm No. 5, a man in Nghe An was electrocuted to death

    Nghe An - While fighting storm No. 5, a man died, his wife and daughter were injured and had to be hospitalized.

    On August 25, Mr. Nguyen Khanh Thanh, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bich Hao Commune (Nghe An) confirmed that someone had just died from electric shock in the area.

    The victim died Mr. Nguyen Van S (born in 1973). His wife, Ms. Nguyen Thi P, and her daughter were burned and are being treated at the hospital, and their health has gradually stabilized.

    Previously, at around 5pm - 6pm on August 24, Mr. S's family used a plastic bag containing water to put on the roof to prepare to avoid storm No. 5 blowing away the corrugated iron roof. During the implementation, the roof was leaked, causing all three people to be pulled up. Although he was taken to the emergency room by local people, Mr. S did not survive on the way to the hospital.

    The victim's body has been taken home for funeral arrangements. The Bich Hao commune government promptly visited, encouraged, and shared the loss with relatives.
