When reaching km 1071 in An Phu village, Con Tien commune (Quang Tri), the tractor-trailer collided with a truck with license plate 29H-920.xx driven by Mr. Tran Duc Minh (born in 1986, residing in Thai Nguyen province), carrying Mr. Vu Chi Dam (born in 1979, residing in Hanoi) traveling in the opposite direction.
