On the morning of October 31, information from the Dak Lak Provincial Traffic Safety Committee said that in October 2025, the whole province had 58 road traffic accidents, killing 34 people and injuring 37 others.
Compared to last month, the number of accidents increased by 4 cases (up 7.41%), the number of deaths increased by 5 people (up 17.24%), while the number of injuries decreased by 4 people (down 9.76%).
Accumulated from the beginning of the year to date, Dak Lak has had 476 traffic accidents, killing 339 people and injuring 302 people.
Along with that, the authorities in the whole province have increased patrols and controls, thereby detecting and recording 5,734 violations, temporarily detaining 595 vehicles, issuing decisions to fine 6,587 cases, and collecting more than 11.8 billion VND to the State Treasury.
