On the morning of January 22, Mr. Hoang Van Binh - Chairman of Phong Quang Ward People's Committee (Hue City) said that a serious traffic accident had just occurred in the ward, causing 4 casualties.
According to initial information, at about 6:35 am on the same day, a dump truck collided with many vehicles traveling on the road through Phong Quang ward.
As a result, the accident killed 2 people on the spot, and 2 others were seriously injured and taken to the hospital for emergency treatment. Many related vehicles were damaged.
Currently, functional forces have cordoned off the scene, organized traffic diversion, and at the same time collected information, investigated, and clarified the cause of the accident.
