Initial information, the accident occurred at 11:45 am on February 4 on the road from Goc Voi hamlet (Cao Ngan ward) to Dong Hy commune.
At the above time, while functional forces were on duty, two trucks traveling in the same direction suddenly collided. The accident killed two people on the spot, including a traffic police officer.
