On April 2nd, Tan Dinh Commune People's Committee (Khanh Hoa province) said that people in Phuoc Lam village had just discovered a man dead in a roadside ditch, next to it was a motorbike, so they reported it to functional agencies.
Immediately after receiving the news, functional forces quickly arrived at the scene to verify and investigate.
The victim was identified as Mr. L.Q (born 1958, residing in Tan Phong village, Hoa Tri commune, Khanh Hoa province).
According to initial information, on the evening of April 1, Mr. Q was driving a motorbike with license plate 78L2-74XX on the Tan Dinh inter-communal road, in the direction from National Highway 26 to Ngu My village.
When arriving at Phuoc Lam village area, Mr. Q and the car plunged into the right ditch in the direction of movement.
The accident killed the victim on the spot. The cause of the incident is being further clarified by functional agencies.
