On July 9, the leader of the People's Committee of Tan Ky commune, Nghe An province, said that a man residing in Tan An commune had a stroke while driving a car in the area.
According to initial information, on the same morning, a white car was traveling through the old town of Tan Ky when the driver suddenly plunged into the steering wheel, losing control of the vehicle.
The car continued to rush forward, causing many people to panic and avoid it, only stopping after hitting a motorbike parked on the side of the road.
Immediately afterwards, people quickly broke the car door, took the driver out and called for help. The victim was transferred to Tan Ky Medical Center.
By noon of the same day, the driver's health had temporarily stabilized. The clip recording the incident was widely shared on social networks, with many opinions expressing concern and encouragement to the driver's family.
