According to initial information, the driver's name is Anh (residing in Ho Vuong commune, Thanh Hoa province). Currently, the police agency is continuing to consolidate the file for handling according to regulations.
Previously, as Lao Dong Newspaper reported, on April 7, a clip circulated on social networks recording the scene of a man riding a car being grabbed by the collar, strangled and assaulted by another person riding a car right on the national highway, the incident is said to have happened in Nga Son commune, Thanh Hoa province.
Upon receiving the above information, Nga Son Commune Police intervened to verify and track down the driver who assaulted people.
