On April 8, Traffic Police Team No. 1 - Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police invited driver L.V. B. (born in 1989, residing in Ho Chi Minh City) to work to handle the violation of driving a container truck without going on the right side in his direction.
The driver's behavior violated the provisions of point b, clause 5, article 6, Decree No. 168/2024/ND-CP of the Government. This behavior is fined from 4 - 6 million VND, minus 2 points in the driver's license.
Previously, on the afternoon of March 30, a container truck driven by L.V. B. was traveling on Dan Chu street, Vinh Tan ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Driver L.V. B drove the car not on the right side in his direction, running head-on with a truck running in the right direction. Driver L.V. B's driving behavior put other vehicles in a dangerous situation, which could lead to an accident.
