On July 26, the authorities are investigating the series of accidents that occurred on Luong Ngoc Quyen Street.
Previously, on the afternoon of July 25, Mr. N.K.C (born in 1977, residing in Phan Dinh Phung ward) was driving a car with license plate 20A-199.xx reversing in the direction of Dong Quang roundabout - Bac Nam intersection when he collided with a car with license plate 20A-563.xx driven by Mr. G.T.D (born in 1989, residing in Trai Cau commune) traveling in the same direction.
After the collision, Mr. D stood in front of Mr. C's car and asked him to get in the car to check it out. However, Mr. C continued to reverse the car, slightly colliding with another vehicle, then headed straight forward, pushing Mr. D onto the hood and continuing to move.
While moving, Mr. C's vehicle continued to collide with a motorbike with license plate 20B2-283.xx driven by Ms. N.H.T going in the opposite direction. After that, Mr. D jumped off the hood of the boat, while Mr. C continued driving away from the scene.
As a result, Ms. T suffered soft tissue injuries; both cars and 1 motorbike were slightly damaged.
After receiving the information, the Traffic Police Department of Thai Nguyen Province Police deployed forces to conduct an investigation, verify the vehicle and the driver involved.
Initial investigation showed that the driver's behavior showed signs of intentionally disturbing public order.
The Traffic Police Department has prepared a file, handed over the person, vehicle, evidence and documents to the Investigation Police Agency for further handling according to regulations.
