Temporarily banning and restricting vehicles on some routes in Hanoi from 2:00 p.m. on September 1

Hanoi - The temporary ban on some vehicles is to serve the special art program "80 years of independence - freedom - Happiness".

Hanoi Police informed that on September 1, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated with relevant agencies and units to organize a special art program "80 years of independence - freedom - Happiness" at My Dinh National Stadium (Tu Liem Ward).

To ensure traffic order and safety, prevent traffic congestion, facilitate and serve the travel needs of the people and activities serving the event, Hanoi City Police diverts traffic and organizes directions for vehicles as follows:

Time of organizing temporary ban and restrictions on vehicles: From 14:00 to 22:30 on September 1, 2025.

Routes temporarily banned and restricted to vehicles:

Temporarily ban trucks with a total designed weight of 1.5 tons or more, passenger cars with 16 seats or more (except for buses, garbage collection vehicles, incident handling vehicles, vehicles with protection badges, vehicles of the Public Security and Military forces and other priority vehicles as prescribed by law) and limit other vehicles participating in traffic on some routes:

Le Quang Dao, Le Duc Tho, Tan My, Me Tri, Tran Huu Duc, Ham Nghi, Nguyen Co Thach, Do Xuan Hop, Nguyen Hoang, Pham Hung, Chau Van Liem, right side of Thang Long Avenue (from Pham Hung to Le Quang Dao), Ho Tung Mau, Cau Dien, Trinh Van Bo.

During the above time, Hanoi City Police organized directions for vehicles to roam around and avoid temporarily banned and restricted areas, as follows:

Vehicles from National Highway 32 to Thang Long Avenue: pass through Provincial Road 70 or the elevated Ring Road III, ... and vice versa.

Hanoi Police require all vehicles participating in traffic to be self-conscious, strictly comply with the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety and follow the instructions and traffic flow of the authorities.
