Hanoi City Police has just issued a traffic diversion notice to serve the live television program "Finding comrades - Bright stars lead the way".
Accordingly, from 8:00 PM on July 26, 2026, at the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs (Ba Dinh ward, Hanoi City), the live television bridge program "Finding Comrades - Bright Stars Leading the Way" will take place, Hanoi City Police will direct traffic and organize directions for vehicles as follows:

Roads temporarily closed, vehicles restricted:
Temporarily prohibit vehicles from circulating 1/2 (half) of Hoang Dieu street (direction from Hoang Van Thu towards Dien Bien Phu, section adjacent to the Monument to Heroic Martyrs, from the Hoang Dieu - Hoang Van Thu intersection to the Hoang Dieu - Dien Bien Phu intersection).
Restrict trucks with a designed total weight of 1.5 tons or more, passenger cars with 16 seats or more (except buses, garbage collection vehicles, incident handling vehicles, vehicles with protection badges, vehicles of the Police, Army and other priority vehicles according to the provisions of law), other vehicles participating in traffic operating on some routes: Phan Dinh Phung, Bac Hung Vuong, Hoang Van Thu, Doc Lap and Dien Bien Phu.
During the above time, Hanoi City Police organize directions for vehicles to circle, avoid temporarily prohibited areas, and restrict vehicles as follows:
Vehicles from Hoan Kiem, Cua Nam wards to Ba Dinh, Ngoc Ha, Giang Vo wards to Dien Bien Phu street, proactively turn left on Tran Phu - Kim Ma street,... going in all directions; conversely from directions to Hoang Hoa Tham, Thuy Khue streets, proactively change direction at Hung Vuong - Phan Dinh Phung intersection, turn left on Thanh Nien - Yen Phu - Tran Nhat Duat,... limit vehicles moving into Phan Dinh Phung, Nguyen Tri Phuong, Nguyen Bieu and Quan Thanh routes.
Vehicles from directions to Cua Nam and Hoan Kiem wards, prioritize moving along the route Kim Ma - Nguyen Thai Hoc - Phan Boi Chau - Hai Ba Trung,... and vice versa along the route Hai Ba Trung - Le Duan or Hai Ba Trung - Nguyen Khuyen - Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam,...
Hanoi City Police requests all vehicles participating in traffic to be self-conscious and strictly comply with the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety and according to the directions and traffic diversion of functional forces; when encountering vehicles with priority rights that are sending priority signals to perform tasks, they must urgently change direction to the nearest level crossings and intersections according to the directions of functional forces to give way to the priority vehicle convoy.
