The Department of Construction of An Giang Province information suspended the traffic ferry on the Hau Hau River to serve the construction of Ponton. The suspension of traffic is made in 2 phases. The first phase is from 6pm on 6.6.2025 to 6:00 am on 7.6.2025. The second batch, from 6pm on 7.6.2025 to 6pm on 8.6.2025.
During the temporary suspension of transportation of vehicles and passengers with traffic needs between Chau Phu district and Phu Tan district in Nang Hump area, it can go in the following directions: For passengers and 2 -wheelers, 3 -wheel cars, rudimentary cars passing Thanh Binh wharf about 900m away from the upstream ferry. For cars of 16 seats or less, if going in the direction from Chau Phu district to Phu Tan district, according to Highway 91 to Khanh Hoa - Hoa Binh ferry, follow provincial road 951 to Nang Hunch ferry. Direction from Phu Tan district to Chau Phu district, in the opposite direction. For cars over 16 seats: direction from Chau Phu district to Phu Tan district.
The first direction, followed Highway 91 to Chau Doc City to Chau Doc Bridge to follow Provincial Road 951 to Nang Hunch ferry. The second direction, followed Highway 91 to Chau Doc City, passed Chau Doc Bridge to follow provincial road 953 to Tan Chau town, followed Highway 80B (former provincial road 954) to Nang Hunch ferry. The third direction, followed Highway 91 to Long Xuyen City, through An Hoa ferry, followed the Provincial Road 944 former junction, followed Highway 80B (former provincial road 942) to Thuan Giang ferry to Nang Hump ferry. From Phu Tan district to Chau Phu district will go in the opposite direction.
