On the morning of September 4, the Office of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee confirmed that the inauguration ceremony of the North-South Expressway connecting road project with National Highway 1 and Ca Na General Seaport (from North-South Expressway to National Highway 1) and the Song Than Reservoir project had been temporarily suspended.
Previously, in early September 2025, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province directed the temporary suspension of the organization of the groundbreaking ceremony/inauguration of projects and works to celebrate the first Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
This suspension will be implemented until Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issues further instructions.
Currently, the Department of Construction coordinates with investors to proactively promptly notify guests and related units about the changes.
According to the plan, on September 4, Khanh Hoa province will simultaneously hold a groundbreaking ceremony, start construction and inaugurate 4 key projects to celebrate the 1st Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
That is the groundbreaking ceremony for the Nha Trang International General Hospital project; groundbreaking ceremony for the NOXH-01 Social Housing project (Hacom Ocean City 01) under the Binh Son - Ninh Chu Coastal Urban Area project (Area K2).
Inauguration combined with the plaque-attaching ceremony for 2 road projects connecting the North - South Expressway with National Highway 1 and Ca Na General Seaport (from the North - South Expressway to National Highway 1) and Song Than reservoir.
