The Standing Committee of An Giang Provincial Party Committee has just issued Decision No. 165-QD/TU, dated January 13, 2026 on temporary assignment of staff in the provincial political system in 2026.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee temporarily assigns staff to agencies and public service units of the Party and the Fatherland Front (including socio-political organizations) at the provincial and commune levels. The number of temporarily assigned staff does not deduct the number who have retired from policy according to Decrees No. 177/2024/ND-CP, 178/2024/ND-CP and 67/2025/ND-CP of the Government. The total number of provincial and commune-level staff assigned according to this decision is 4,396 staff, of which 905 staff are at the provincial level and 3,491 staff are at the commune level.
At the provincial level, the total number of temporarily assigned staff is 905 staff including agencies assisting the Provincial Party Committee, party committees directly under the province, public service units under the Provincial Party Committee, Fatherland Front Agency and provincial socio-political organizations (including public service units and 18 mass organizations).
At the commune level, the total number of temporarily assigned staff is 3,491 staff (Party bloc 2,173 people, mass organizations 1,318 people).
