Quang Ngai province currently has more than 4,930 registered fishing vessels, of which more than 3,440 have been inspected and have an expiration date. To date, more than 4,600 vessels have been licensed to exploit aquatic products under the new quota. 3,020 fishing vessels with a length of 15m or more have completed the installation of voyage monitoring devices (VMS), reaching a rate of 97.62%.
