For the section from the intersection between the old National Highway 1B and Dong Luc street to the intersection of Doi Can street and Ben Oanh street, including the area on Ben Tuong bridge, the proposed plan is to ban cars from circulating from 7 pm to 10:30 pm.
Traffic diversion time on roads around Vo Nguyen Giap Square such as Bac Kan, Hoang Van Thu, Nguyen Du, Nha Trang, Cach Mang Thang 8, Minh Cau, Bac Son extended... starts from 4 pm.
