Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee donated and supported the second phase of the Campaign to support housing construction for poor households and policy households.

On the morning of January 14, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee organized a donation and support campaign for the second phase of the Campaign to support the construction of houses for poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties in the province with the goal of building at least 8,000 houses before September 2025 (exceeding 3,000 houses compared to Directive No. 22 dated March 30, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee).

This is the second phase in response to the Appeal Letter of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province to support and assist in building houses for poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties in the province (phase 2 in 2025) and the national movement to join hands to "eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" according to Directive No. 42/CT-TTg dated November 9, 2024; with the spirit of "mutual love and support", "the whole leaf covers the torn leaf".

The level of voluntary support, the higher the better, is at least equal to the mobilization level according to the Steering Committee's Plan, specifically: For members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, at least 1 month's salary (excluding allowances);

For deputy heads of Party committees, Deputy Heads of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc, Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee's Office, and members of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, at least half a month's salary (excluding allowances);

For heads and deputy heads of departments, offices, units under departments, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, the Provincial Party Committee's Office, and the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc, at least 1/4 month's salary;

For civil servants, public employees, and workers who do not hold leadership or management positions, at least 1 day's salary or income (excluding allowances).

Immediately after the launching ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Doan Anh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Lai The Nguyen - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Mr. Trinh Tuan Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee together with all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Provincial Party Committee donated to support the campaign. As a result, over 770 million VND was donated.

On this occasion, Sacombank donated 10 billion VND to support housing construction for poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties in the province.

At the same time, on the morning of January 14, the Provincial People's Committee Office organized a donation and support to build houses for poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties (phase 2).

Immediately after the launch, Mr. Do Minh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, together with cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the Provincial People's Committee, donated more than 300 million VND to support the construction of houses for poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties in the province.
