On November 11, the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province announced that the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province has just issued Decision No. 173/2025/QD-UBND, authorizing the Director of the Department of Home Affairs to directly handle 5 administrative procedures in the field of employment, applicable until December 31, 2028.
The authorized procedures include: granting, re-granting, renewing, revoking the business service license and withdrawing deposits of enterprises. This decision aims to shorten the time for processing documents, facilitate businesses and employees, and improve the effectiveness of state management in the employment sector.
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Minh - Director of an employment service business - shared that in the past, applying for a license or withdrawing deposits took a lot of time. Authorization helps save time and reduce procedure inconvenience.
According to Mr. Le Sy Thang - an officer of the Hoang Tien Commune Public Administration Service Center, the direct assignment of authority to the Department of Home Affairs helps shorten the process, clarify responsibilities, and strengthen supervision through the periodic and ad hoc reporting mechanism.
The Provincial People's Committee hopes that this authorization will contribute to substantial administrative reform, building a transparent and effective investment - business environment, protecting the legitimate rights of workers and improving the quality of employment services in the area.
