On July 21, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha signed a decision No. 1 to establish the Khanh Hoa Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board.
The establishment was carried out on the basis of merging the Van Phong Economic Zone Management Board (Khanh Hoa) and the Ninh Thuan Industrial Park Management Board (old).
According to the Decision, the Management Board is an agency under the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, performing the function of direct state management of industrial parks and economic zones in the area.
At the same time, provide public administrative services and support services related to investment activities, production and business for enterprises according to the provisions of law.
The Management Board has legal status, the seal is in the shape of a national emblem, and is funded by the state budget for administrative management, career activities and development investment capital according to the approved plan.
The head of the board will submit to the Provincial People's Committee to specify the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure.
This decision takes effect from July 21, and at the same time abolishes Decision No. 998/ 2006 on the establishment of the Van Phong Economic Zone Management Board and Decision No. 719 of 2007 on the establishment of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Industrial Park Management Board.
