After the church's ritual, Priest Peter Vu Van Hai approved the biography of Priest Francis Truong Buu Diep before the community. Next, Cardinal Luis Antonio G. Tagle announced the Epistle of Pope Leo XIV proclaiming the True Grace to Priest Truong Buu Diep. Immediately after that, the portrait of the True Grace was honored and introduced to tens of thousands of believers in a solemn atmosphere.


According to estimates by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ca Mau province, the ceremony to announce the True Gratitude to Father Truong Buu Diep may welcome about 70,000 visitors.
To serve tens of thousands of parishioners and pilgrims at home and abroad, based on the guidance and exchange of the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, the Ca Mau provincial government has closely coordinated with the Can Tho Diocese and related units to synchronously deploy plans to ensure security and order, traffic safety, health and logistics.

Previously, the Vatican Holy See Delegation led by Cardinal Luis Antonio G. Tagle, Head of the Department of the Start, announced the good news, the Special Envoy of Pope Leo XIV, as the head of the delegation, came to pay a courtesy visit to the leaders of Ca Mau province.
Cardinal Luis Antonio G. Tagle highly appreciated the concern, support and coordination between the local government and the Church in the organization, contributing to ensuring the ceremony takes place solemnly, safely and completely.
Mr. Nguyen Ho Hai - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee - said that the locality is very happy that the grand ceremony was held right on the occasion of the first anniversary of the merger of Ca Mau and Bac Lieu provinces into a new Ca Mau province. Currently, the province has about 2.6 million people, of which about 55,000 are Catholics. Therefore, the grand ceremony is not only the joy of Catholic compatriots but also the common joy of the people of Ca Mau; at the same time, it is an opportunity to promote the image of the land and people of Ca Mau who are hospitable and kind.

Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Ho Hai affirmed that the locality always respects freedom of belief, and will continue to create the most favorable conditions for the grand ceremony to be successful, as well as take care of the lives of parishioners to be increasingly prosperous and happy.
