Here, organizations and individuals are directly supported with the following contents: Online declaration and submission, electronic certification (for documents that have not been certified or do not have an electronic file number), instructions on registering to receive results via postal service and consultation, guidance on other related contents during the implementation of administrative procedures.
Hanoi City Police said that in the coming time, they will continue to closely coordinate with the City Public Administration Service Center, Vietnam Post Corporation, Viettel Post Corporation, FPT Digital Retail Joint Stock Company... to deploy additional locations to guide people to declare and complete online procedures for public services that the City Police are performing at online Public Service agents in Hanoi.
The implementation of a driving license issuance and renewal guidance point at the Tay Ho City Public Administration Service Center helps people more conveniently carry out online procedures, saving time and costs.
Hanoi City Police said that people who need to change or reissue a driver's license can do it in 2 ways, including: directly and online.
People can submit their applications directly at two reception locations at No. 2 Phung Hung Street, Van Quan Ward, Ha Dong District and No. 253 Nguyen Duc Thuan Street, Trau Quy Town, Gia Lam District.
Meanwhile, people who need to issue and change driving licenses online should access the National Public Service Portal, then choose the service "Change driving licenses" and follow the instructions.
According to statistics, by the end of March 6, the Hanoi Traffic Police force had received and processed more than 8,000 applications for granting and exchanging driving licenses. Of which, more than 7,000 records were processed in person and more than 1,000 records were processed online via the National Public Service Portal.
