Currently, people who need to change or reissue driving licenses can do it in 2 ways directly and online. With online form, people access the National Public Service Portal, choose the service "Change driver's license" and follow the instructions.
Lieutenant Colonel Huynh Tan Nam - Captain of the Road Motor Vehicle Driving License Examination and Examination Team said that after 1 week of implementing the task of receiving and exchanging driving licenses, the unit has received and processed more than 8,000 applications for granting and exchanging driving licenses in person and online through the National Public Service Portal.
