According to actual records at 7:30 am in Le Chan ward (Hai Phong city), the weather was cloudy, cloudy, light wind, no rain. The temperature ranges from about 2829 degrees Celsius, the humidity is high but the air is quite pleasant. In Quang Ninh, the areas of Ha Long and Cam Pha this morning were all dry, with light sunshine.

According to the Hai Phong City Hydrometeorological Station, on October 7, Hai Phong will continue to have widespread showers and the risk of localized flooding on some roads. Through monitoring radar images at 1:00 a.m. on October 7, convective clouds are developing and causing rain in villages/hamlets in the western and northwestern communes and wards of Hai Phong city.

In addition, thunderstorms will develop and cause rain in Hung Yen and Bac Ninh provinces, and will continue to move towards Hai Phong city. Then spread to villages/hamlets of neighboring communes/wards. It is forecasted that today, Hai Phong city will continue to have rain with common accumulated rainfall from 20 - 40 mm, some places higher. Flooding is likely on some roads with a flooding depth of 0.1 - 0.2 m.
