In addition, thunderstorms will develop and cause rain in Hung Yen and Bac Ninh provinces, and will continue to move towards Hai Phong city. Then spread to villages/hamlets of neighboring communes/wards. It is forecasted that today, Hai Phong city will continue to have rain with common accumulated rainfall from 20 - 40 mm, some places higher.
