On April 14, the People's Committee of Nha Trang City said that there would be a 3rd urge document for Dai Tam Phat Nha Trang Co., Ltd. to be directed by Mr. Ho Van Tam (the owner of the Aroma Beach restaurant) to submit a fine for administrative violations.

Earlier in February 2025, Chairman of Nha Trang City People's Committee Tran Minh Chien signed a decision to sanction administrative violations for Dai Tam Phat Nha Trang Co., Ltd. for making a mistake in business at Aroma Beach Restaurant No. 38 Nguyen Thien Thuat, Tan Tien Ward.

Dai Tam Phat Nha Trang Co., Ltd. is a fine of VND 96.5 million for 5 administrative violations.

Since the decision until now, Dai Tam Phat Nha Trang Co., Ltd. has just suspended the business. As for other contents such as fines, overcoming violations in business, this company has not overcome.

According to the leader of Nha Trang City People's Committee, after the 3rd letter of urging the fines that Dai Tam Phat Nha Trang Co., Ltd. does not implement, the government will take coercive measures.

As the labor reported, in early February 2025, on social networks spreading information that a group of Chinese guests came to eat at Aroma Beach restaurant, the dishes were calculated at a tight price.

Restaurant invoice includes grilled eggplant onions 1,890,000 VND/part; Garlic fried spinach costs 500,000/plate; Cow/Chicken 325,000 VND/bowl; White rice is 250,000 VND/part ... Total food is more than 20 million VND and plus the "surcharges on Tet holiday".
