On November 21, the Standing Committee of the People's Council of Hong Ha Ward (Hanoi) held a meeting with voters before the 3rd session of the People's Council of Hong Ha Ward (regular session at the end of 2025).
At the conference, many voters expressed their opinions focusing on issues of people's lives such as the progress of site clearance for the Tu Lien Bridge and Road at both ends of the bridge, handling of construction order violations, roadway and sidewalk management, environmental sanitation, administrative procedure reform, especially the prolonged land records; at the same time, the ward was requested to continue to pay attention to investing in educational infrastructure and improving the quality of public services.
Receiving and responding to voters' opinions, Chairman of the People's Committee of Le Hong Thang Ward clearly stated the results and the next steps to implement the issue of people's livelihood.
Regarding site clearance for the Tu Lien Bridge Project and the road at both ends of the bridge, the Ward People's Committee has completed the investigation and drawn up a record of 536/571 plots, reaching 100% of the area within the reclaimed boundary; there are currently 63 plots that do not have technical documents and the ward is coordinating with the measurement unit to complete them.
For the two Tran Hung Dao bridge component projects, the Ward People's Committee has established a Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council and is implementing the next steps according to the City's schedule.
Regarding the management of construction order and urban areas, the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee said that in 2025, the ward handled 93 constructions violating construction order and 579 cases of urban order violation - environmental sanitation with a total fine of more than 381 million VND.
Inspection and handling of violations will continue to be maintained regularly, especially in areas adjacent to the Red River and market areas.
For the field of administrative reform, the ward has received and processed 9,090/9,370 records, of which the number of overdue records accounts for 5.1%. The Ward People's Committee is increasing the application of online public services, requiring specialized departments to review and fix backlog records, ensuring progress and quality in handling procedures for people.
In the field of social security and education, in 2025, the ward paid 11.54 billion VND as gifts from the Government on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day, fully implementing the subsidy regime for 212 subjects; the health insurance coverage rate reached 95.46%. The ward also proactively inspected the progress of 4 school renovation projects, ensuring the quality of boarding meals and education in the area.
Concluding the conference, the Standing Committee of the Ward People's Council affirmed that voters' recommendations will be fully compiled, transferred to the Ward People's Committee for resolution and public reporting at the 3rd session. Contents beyond its authority will be recommended to the City in accordance with regulations.
