Me Linh commune was established on the basis of merging the entire Tien Phong commune (belonging to Me Linh district); most of the natural area and population of the communes of Van Khe, Me Linh, Trang Viet (belonging to Me Linh district); part of the natural area and population of the communes: Dai Thinh (Me Linh); Dai Mach (Dong Anh); Lien Trung, Lien Ha, Lien Hong (Dan Phuong).
It is expected to use the headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Tien Phong, Me Linh, Trang Viet communes as the headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the new Me Linh commune.
Yen Lang commune was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of Lien Mac, Thach Da, Hoang Kim, Chu Phan communes (belonging to Me Linh district); most of the natural area and population of the communes: Tien Thinh (belonging to Me Linh district); part of the natural area and population of the communes: Hong Ha, Tho An, Tho Xuan (belonging to Dan Phuong district).
It is expected to use the headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Thach Da, Tien Thinh, and Lien Mac communes as the headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the new Yen Lang commune.
Tien Thang commune was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of the communes: Tu Lap, Tien Thang, Tam Dong (belonging to Me Linh district); most of the natural area and population of the communes: Thanh Lam (belonging to Me Linh district); part of the natural area and population of the communes: Kim Hoa, Dai Thinh, Van Khe (belonging to Me Linh district).
It is expected to use the headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Tam Dong, Tu Lap, Thanh Lam communes as the headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the new Tien Thang commune.
Quang Minh commune was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of Chi Dong town, Quang Minh town (belonging to Me Linh district); most of the natural area and population of Kim Hoa, Thanh Lam, Dai Thinh communes (belonging to Me Linh district); part of the natural area and population of the communes: Me Linh, Tien Phong (belonging to Me Linh district).
It is expected to use the current headquarters of the District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front of Me Linh district as the headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the new Quang Minh commune.
