As Lao Dong reported, an incident that caused a stir in public opinion occurred at Tan Huong Kindergarten (Vinh Lai Commune, Hai Phong City) when the Mid-Autumn Festival program for children was reported to have incorporated Phap Luan Cong propaganda content.
The incident has made many parents and people upset and concerned about its suitability in the preschool education environment. Immediately after the reflection, the Vinh Lai commune government sent the police force to the school to work and make a record to verify.
On the morning of October 4, the People's Committee of Vinh Lai commune provided detailed information about this incident. Accordingly, on the afternoon of October 3, the school organized a Mid-Autumn Festival for students in the school. The organization process included lion dance activities of the Hong An lion dance troupe (old Hai Duong city) directly invited by Ms. Ha Thi Men - Principal of Tan Huong Kindergarten - to perform at the school.
During the lion dance performance, there were 2 lines related to Phap Luan's attack issued by the lion dance troupe from 2 elephants at the end of the lion dance program, about 3 to 5 seconds, then the slogan was immediately collected and the lion dance program ended.
The lion dance troupe was organized by Mr. Vu Son - the head of the lion dance troupe - in contact with Ms. Ha Thi Men - to perform at Tan Huong Kindergarten and perform charity without any fees, the total lion dance time was about 20 minutes.
The invitation for the lion dance troupe to perform at the school is included in Plan No. 295 dated September 22, 2025 of Tan Huong Kindergarten on organizing the 2025 Mid-Autumn Festival, which has not been reported to the local authorities or the performance content of the Hong An lion dance troupe has not been approved.
A total of 346 children in the whole school attended, at the time of the event, there were students of the school and their parents watching.
Through the investigation, Ms. Men said that she did not know the two words related to Phap Luan Cong. Ms. Men herself said that through the meetings of the Party Cell Secretariat, she knew that the Phap Van Company was not allowed to operate in Vietnam.
