On March 21, according to information from the Dong Nai Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, the project to build the central trunk road of Bien Hoa City (now Tran Bien ward) is being urgently constructed by contractors to open to traffic at the end of April 2026.
The project to build the central road of Bien Hoa City, the section from Vo Thi Sau street to Dang Van Tron street, has a total investment of more than 1,500 billion VND. The road has a total length of more than 5.4km, divided into 2 branches.
In which, branch 1 has its starting point intersecting with Vo Thi Sau street, ending point intersecting with Dang Van Tron street (at the An Hao bridge intersection) about 3.7km long, building 2 new Thong Nhat and Vam Ong An bridges; branch 2, has its starting point at the roundabout intersecting with branch 1 at Hiep Hoa islet, ending point intersecting with Dang Van Tron street (at the Buu Hoa bridge head road intersection), total length of the route is about 1.7km.
Currently, on the project site, 5 main construction packages are being implemented, the construction value compared to the contract reaches over 95%.

Previously, on February 3, 2026, Thong Nhat bridge - an important item in the project - was technically opened to traffic, helping people save time when traveling from the center to National Highway 1.
It is known that Tran Bien ward after the merger is considered one of the "super wards" of Dong Nai province with a population of nearly 200,000 people.
