    The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Dak Nong province has just reported on the salary and Tet bonus situation of businesses in the area.

    Accordingly, most businesses in the area have plans to reward and the bonus level for the Lunar New Year and Solar New Year in 2025 is higher than the bonus level in 2024.

    In particular, the average New Year bonus in 2025 of enterprises is 1.2 million VND/person, equal to 150% compared to 2024.

    The highest New Year bonus for employees is 40 million VND/person, the lowest is 200,000 VND/person.

    The average Lunar New Year bonus in 2025 is 6,333 million VND/person, an increase of 27.27% compared to 2024.

    The person with the highest Lunar New Year bonus is 141 million VND, working at a commercial bank. The lowest Lunar New Year bonus is 300,000 VND/person.
