Her title of Labor Hero was also tempered through difficult and challenging periods. At a time when the Vietnamese stock market was facing the risk of paralysis due to system bottlenecks, she pioneered the initiative with technology experts to overcome them rapidly, helping the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange operate continuously and stably, protecting the trust of millions of investors and the development of the national capital market. In the COVID-19 pandemic, technology platforms serving testing management and disease control were deployed promptly, clearly showing the spirit of technology for the community.
On the international stage, 2025 marks the global strategic steps of Dr. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao. Cooperation agreements and large-scale trade contracts with leading global corporations not only create growth momentum, but also contribute to balancing trade, strengthening partner trust, attracting investment and affirming the financial and governance capacity of businesses. Cadres and employees have always made persistent efforts with movement activities over the past few decades. The Party Committee has hundreds of Party members; the Youth Union has tens of thousands of union members and trade union members.
At the enterprises of the female Labor Hero, the patriotic emulation movement has been widely organized, gradually innovating the content and form of emulation launching, closely following reality, associated with "Learning and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style" and implementing political and economic tasks in each unit throughout provinces and cities, promoting officials and employees to work and always complete the assigned goals and tasks.
