Yesterday I just came to buy 5 taels of silver, the store promised to return the goods on April 10, 2026. Today I decided to come to buy more but they announced they were out of stock. The staff also did not say when they would be back, so I had to go home" - Ms. Mai said.
Ms. Mai added that if customers have a need to sell, the store will still trade normally.
Similarly, Ms. Pham Thi Linh Anh (Vinh Thanh commune, Hanoi) also wanted to buy silver but had to return because the store temporarily stopped selling.
The store only accepts transactions with customers who need to sell silver or return goods to people who have purchased invoices, made appointments in advance. They did not announce when they would sell, so I left" - Ms. Linh Anh said.
