Previously, at noon on February 22, the Krong A Commune Police (M'Drak District) announced that someone had drowned in the upstream area of the Krong rich Thuong Dam (in Krong A Commune, M'Drak District).
The Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, Dak Lak Provincial Police dispatched 15 officers and soldiers along with vehicles to approach the scene.
The area where the incident occurred had a steep, slippery dirt road, accompanied by harsh weather, making rescue work very difficult.
At 5:00 p.m. the same day, the authorities discovered and recovered the victim's body and handed it over to the local authorities and the family.
