On the morning of March 11, the People's Committee (PC) of Mao Dien ward, Bac Ninh province issued a notice to find relatives for a newborn baby girl estimated at about 3 days old (not yet umbilical cord removed), weighing 3.5kg, abandoned on the roadside in Lam Cau residential group.
Previously, at 8:30 pm on March 6, on the way from Thuan Thanh ward to home, in front of the turn from provincial road 280 to Duc Vy residential group, Mr. Do Duy Quan (born 1974, permanent residence in Lam Cau residential group, Mao Dien ward, Bac Ninh province) discovered a newborn baby girl abandoned on the side of the road.
The baby girl was wrapped in a blue blanket, the accompanying items included 1 box of milk for children and 1 bottle for children to drink milk, otherwise there was no information or anything else. Through preliminary examination, the baby's health was normal, no deformities, age estimated at about 3 days old (no umbilical cord rupture), weight 3.5kg.
After discovering the baby was abandoned, Mr. Quan took the baby home and took care of it with his wife, Ms. Le Thi Tam.
On March 7, Mr. Do Duy Quan and his wife reported to the head of Lam Cau residential group to report to Mao Dien Ward Police about the above incident. Currently, Mr. Quan and his wife are raising the baby.
Mao Dien Ward People's Committee requests anyone who is a relative of the child to contact Mao Dien Ward People's Committee, address at Bang Ca - Dinh Man residential group, Mao Dien ward, Bac Ninh province (through the Department of Culture - Society) to carry out procedures to receive the child back according to the provisions of law.
Within 7 days, from March 10 to 5:00 PM on March 17, if no relatives come to claim or there is no information about the child's relatives, Mao Dien Ward People's Committee will resolve according to the provisions of law.
