On the afternoon of February 21, at the beach in the Ngoang Tam Tan area of Tan Tien commune, La Gi town, Binh Thuan province, a tourist died.
The victim was Mr. Nguyen Van H (born in 1969, residing in Binh Duong province) and a group traveling in La Gi town. After the group received a hotel room and ate, Mr. H went swimming in the sea.
Because it had been a long time but Mr. H had not been seen on the shore, people went to look for him and discovered his body about 500 m from the swimming spot, suspected to have been swept away by waves and drowned.
The incident was reported to local police who arrived at the scene.
