The incident happened at about 1:45 pm on April 9 at Nui Doi bridge (Kien Thuy commune, Hai Phong). Accordingly, at the above time, many traffic participants on Nui Doi bridge saw the victim leaving belongings on the bridge, then climbing over the railing and jumping into the river.
The victim was identified as V.V.G (born in 2000, residing in Kien Thuy commune, Hai Phong). Immediately after the incident occurred, people reported it to local functional forces to search for the victim.
By 4:40 PM on the same day, functional forces had found the victim. After completing the procedures according to regulations, the victim's body was handed over to the family for funeral arrangements.
Currently, the case is being further verified and clarified by functional agencies.
