On February 25, information from the Fire and Rescue Team of Area 4, Fire and Rescue Police Department - Thanh Hoa Provincial Police said that at 1:40 am on the same day, the unit received a report from Center 114 about a car accident falling into the Nha Le River (white bridge section, Yen Phu commune).

At the time of the accident, one person was trapped in the car. However, during the process of the family hiring a crane to salvage the car, the victim's body was swept out and went missing. The victim was identified as N.V.T (born 1992, residing in Cao Su 3 village, Yen Phu commune, Thanh Hoa province).
Immediately after receiving the news, the Fire and Rescue Team of Region 4 mobilized forces, dispatched a specialized vehicle and many equipment to the scene to search for the victim.
At about 5:35 am on the same day, after a period of searching efforts, the CNCH force found the victim's body at the foot of Trang bridge, Yen Phu commune, Thanh Hoa province.
After completing the procedures, the victim's body was handed over to the family to take care of the funeral according to local customs.
