"The case of my younger brother Nguyen Ba Trung (37 years old) is more serious. The doctor diagnosed him with multiple injuries: broken nose, eye hyoid, squined bones, jawline, and discharge. The family plans to transfer him to Viet Duc Hospital for treatment today," said Mr. Nguyen Duc Vinh.

According to Mr. Nguyen Duc Vinh, on the evening of September 7, on his way home from bringing his wife who fell from a traffic accident, he discovered a traffic accident - two people fell off a motorbike, lying on the dike road opposite Chua Du, Van Ty village, Nhan Thang commune (Bac Ninh province).
Because his house was a few hundred meters away from the accident site, he decided to take his wife home first and then return to the accident site to support and save the victims.
When he learned about the accident, Mr. Nguyen Ba Trung, Mr. Vinh's younger brother, and a neighbor in the village went up to the dike to support.
When arriving at the scene, Mr. Vinh saw a person falling off a motorbike holding a phone, seemingly alert, so he asked if he needed to be taken to the emergency room to avoid helping his brothers and lying close to the roadside, because late at night traffic could be dangerous.
"The two of you were lying there and told us that you had called your family. Thank you for coming here to visit and save us" - Mr. Vinh said. And Mr. Vinh said that not long after the words had just ended, a group of strangers on two motorbikes arrived, pointing at his face and asking: "Who stabbed my brother, what do you like? ".
Although Mr. Vinh explained that he was just a passer who saw the accident and went up to support the taking of people to the hospital for emergency care, not the person who caused the accident; even the victim affirmed that they were the ones who came here to help, but the group of strangers still aggressively rushed in to assault the two brothers.
To stop him, Mr. Vinh hugged the most aggressive subject, was punched in the back and had to slash the outer ear, and had to suture nearly ten Nose.
Mr. Nguyen Ba Trung, who had a weakness in his arm during the attack, was seriously injured and taken to the emergency room in critical condition.
The incident only stopped when people nearby promptly shouted and reported to Nhan Thang Commune Police to intervene.
"There were about 6 - 7 subjects who participated in beating my brothers. We are also suspecting that this is a fake accident scene, staged," said Mr. Vinh.
According to Mr. Vinh, before he passed by, two villagers passing by recorded a video of the accident. A car with a dash cam recorded images of the accident scene before he passed and submitted them to the commune police for verification.
"People have provided clips to the police, and at the same time, they are also ready to go to the police to witness to my brothers that they are not involved in the accident," Mr. Vinh added.
Mr. Vinh hopes that the authorities will soon clarify and strictly handle the subjects to restore fairness and make people feel secure when working well.
