Before the inauguration of Rach Mieu 2 Bridge, from the evening of August 18, not only local people but also tourists from many other provinces came to visit, expressing excitement and many positive expectations.

Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Huyen (Tay Ninh) said: "Hearing that the bridge will be inaugurated on August 19, I took the opportunity to come and see it first. It is really beautiful and modern and I think this can become a new tourist destination in the West".

According to Ms. Huyen, the most impressive thing is the spacious, airy road leading to the bridge, which from afar looks very similar to modern bridges abroad.

"Not only the local people, but many tourists like me are eagerly waiting for the inauguration day, looking forward to witnessing the modern bridge with their own eyes, contributing to promoting the image of the close and dynamic West" - Ms. Huyen shared.

Mr. Tran Quoc Thai from Binh Duong said that Rach Mieu 2 Bridge is very meaningful when put into use, which can help reduce congestion on Rach Mieu Bridge on National Highway 60, facilitating travel and socio-economic development.

According to Mr. Thai, the inauguration ceremony taking place on August 19 has a special meaning when associated with the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

This is a big event, giving people pride and making the value of the bridge even more complete. For me, the joy is doubled, Mr. Thai expressed.

Positive feelings from people outside the province show that Rach Mieu 2 Bridge not only meets traffic needs but also opens up expectations for tourism and socio-economic development of the region.

In particular, the inauguration on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2 has added value to the project, becoming a symbol of innovation, connection and development.
