Ho Chi Minh City has 9 more VinBus electric bus routes from March 1st
On February 25, the Ho Chi Minh City Public Transport Management Center announced that 9 bus routes: 32, 38, 45, 53, 64, 93, 127, 140 and 148 have been won by VinBus Ecological Transport Service Co., Ltd. (VinBus) in 2025.
According to the plan, VinBus will use 169 electric buses to serve passengers on these 9 routes. The vehicles include two main lines: VinFast EB 6 (about 30 seats) and VinFast EB 8 (about 60 seats), arranged flexibly depending on the specifics of each route and people's travel needs. See more...
Proposal to build a Saigon riverside avenue more than 78 km long, integrating light rail

Masterise Group Joint Stock Company (Masterise Group) has just sent a document to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee proposing to participate in researching and investing in the Saigon riverside road and the LRT (light railway) or Tramway (ground tram) riverside route in the form of public-private partnership (PPP), BT (build - transfer) contract.
According to the proposal, the Saigon riverside road has its starting point at Can Gio bridge and its ending point at Ben Suc bridge (Provincial Road 15), with a total length of more than 78 km. The route is proposed to be invested with a scale of 8 - 10 lanes. See more...
Ho Chi Minh City adjusts Metro Line No. 7 to pass through the new administrative center in Thu Thiem
Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has just approved the partial adjustment of the General Plan of Thu Duc City to 2040 in Thu Thiem New Urban Area, in which the direction of Metro Line No. 7 to pass through the city's new Political - Administrative Center is noteworthy.
According to the adjustment decision, the section of Metro Line No. 7 connecting from Thu Thiem 4 bridge will go along Bui Thien Ngo street, along To Huu street (instead of going along Tran Bach Dang street as before), then merge into Tran Nao street.
