An Khanh Ward (HCMC) is currently organizing to collect opinions on the partial adjustment of the 1/2000 scale zoning plan. Sub-zone No. 1 belongs to Thu Thiem New Urban Area.
According to the draft, there are 9 land plots for the construction of the Vietnam International Finance Center in Ho Chi Minh City, coded from 1. K1. 2. HH to 1. K1. 10. HH, proposed to adjust to increase the maximum floor height.
