According to initial information, at around 6:40 a.m. the same day, the buffalo suddenly ran down from the hill, quickly onto the road and moved at a loss.
The dash cam of the two cars recorded the scene of the buffalo pointing straight at a student walking.
The buffalo only stopped when it encountered a car in front and was caught by the people.
A leader of the People's Committee of Ha Khau Ward said that when the incident occurred, the ward leaders went directly to the scene, coordinated with the buffalo owner's family to visit and take the injured student for a health check.
"The victim is a second-grade student, he only suffered minor scratches and is currently mentally stable. The local government and the buffalo owner's family will continue to monitor the boy's health," the ward leader informed.
Currently, the authorities are continuing to verify and clarify the incident according to regulations.
