Hau Giang Bus Station Joint Stock Company has just announced that it will deploy a shuttle bus service for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers traveling between Vi Thanh City (Hau Giang) and Can Tho City, to meet the travel needs after the two localities merged.
This service is designed to support cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers with household registration in Vi Thanh but working at headquarters in Can Tho according to the roadmap for restructuring the organizational apparatus.
The bus routes will operate from Vi Thanh City to the offices in Can Tho City and vice versa. The frequency is Monday to Friday every week, with a schedule of morning and afternoon.
The pick-up point at Vi Thanh is a fixed point, departing at 5:30 am. In Can Tho, vehicles will pick up and drop off passengers right at the officers' offices. The departure time and specific location will be announced after synthesizing the registration needs from the units.
Units that need to register a list, number of staff and working position of agencies that need to use the service monthly. The registration file is sent to the Department of Organization - Financial Planning, Hau Giang Bus Station Joint Stock Company.
Early registration will help the Company arrange vehicles reasonably, ensuring enough seats, on time and on the route. In case the list needs to be adjusted, units need to notify at least 1 working day in advance.
The ticket price is expected to be 2 million VND/person/month, equivalent to about 90,000 VND/day.
Initially, Hau Giang Bus Station Joint Stock Company will arrange 2 cars (16 and 29 seats). If the number of registrations is larger, the Company will rent more vehicles to meet the demand.
Hau Giang Bus Station Joint Stock Company requested relevant agencies, departments and branches to widely share information so that all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers with household registration in Vi Thanh working in Can Tho can promptly grasp this service, best serving their daily travel needs.
