On the morning of April 9, at the editing hall of Quang Tri Newspaper (Dong Ha City), the Vietnam Journalists Association of Quang Tri province organized an exhibition "Vietnam Revolutionary Press - A century of conflicts - Pride of Quang Tri journalism".
This event is part of a series of activities to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21,25 - June 21, 2025).
The exhibition displayed many valuable documents, including the original version of Thanh Nien newspaper founded by President Ho Chi Minh, the first issues of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Cong San Magazine, along with other outstanding publications such as Quang Tri Giai Phong and the first issues of revolutionary press agencies.
Representatives of Quang Tri province, leaders of Vietnam Journalists Association from Quang Ninh, Quang Binh and Ho Chi Minh City provinces. Hue attended this event. The exhibition is not only an opportunity to honor the contributions of the Vietnamese revolutionary press but also introduce the outstanding achievements of the press in the journey of development and integration.
The program has contributed to highlighting the formation and development of Vietnam's revolutionary press, affirming the role of the press in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
